PUMPKIN BARS
4 eggs, 1 C salad oil, 2 C. sugar, 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
Mix together.

Add:
2 C. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Mix well. Bake at 350 for 25-35 min.

FROSTING:
1 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 6 TBS. butter, 1 Tbs.. milk or cream, 1 tsp. vanilla, 4 C powdered sugar
(Add more milk if too thick.)
