PUMPKIN BREAD
3 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup oil
1 cup honey
1 cup yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
4 tsp. baking soda
4 cups flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Oil two 4 1/2 X 8 1/2 bread pans. Put all the ingredients except the flour in large bowl. Mix well. Add the flour, a cup at a time. Stir well. Spoon the batter into the bread pans and bake for about 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Cool on wire rack.
