PUMPKIN SEEDS
Remove seeds from the pumpkin goo and wash them thoroughly. Let them dry for a day or so on a paper towel. Then roast them.

TO ROAST PUMPKIN SEEDS

Put 1 Tbs. oil in a bowl, add the dried seeds, and toss them until they are all coated with oil. Spread them out on a cookie sheet. Bake them in a 350 degree oven for about 1/2 to 1 hour. Stir them every 10 minutes while they are baking.
