STRAWBERRY ICEIn a blender container combine: 5 c. fresh or thawed frozen strawberries, 1/2 c sugar, 1 cup berry fruit juice Blend until smooth. Pour into freezer container and freeze hard. To serve remove from freezer and let sit for 15 min. Spoon into ice cream dishes. Or freeze in paper cups for individual servings. For smoother "sorbet" remove from freezer, let set for 30 min. and run through the blender again. Serve. Re-freeze left-overs, if any. |
